Privacy Notice

How CrossBorder GTM handles website and form data.

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how CrossBorder GTM ("CrossBorder GTM", "we", "us" or "our") collects and uses personal information submitted through this website and our GTM review request form.

1. Who We Are

CrossBorder GTM provides international go-to-market and sales execution support for Israeli B2B companies expanding into the US and Europe. For personal information submitted through this website, CrossBorder GTM is responsible for deciding why and how that information is used.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a GTM review request, we may collect the information you provide, including your full name, work email, Israeli phone number, company name, company website, consent confirmation and the message you submit.

We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate the website and form, such as basic security, spam-prevention and delivery information processed by our service providers.

3. How We Use The Information

We use submitted information to:

  • respond to your request;
  • evaluate whether CrossBorder GTM may be a fit for your company;
  • prepare and conduct follow-up sales conversations;
  • maintain internal lead, pipeline and CRM records;
  • improve our messaging, qualification process and website; and
  • protect the website and form from spam, abuse or security issues.

4. Legal Basis For Processing

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: taking steps before entering into a business relationship, our legitimate interest in responding to B2B inquiries and developing our services, your consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Service Providers

We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the website and to provide privacy-preserving, aggregate traffic measurement as described in section 10. We use Zoho Forms to collect form submissions, send notifications and support form security features such as captcha/spam prevention. These providers may process personal information for us so they can provide their services.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, manage form submissions, communicate with prospects, maintain records or comply with law. We may also disclose information if required to protect our rights, users, systems or legal obligations.

7. International Processing

Because our providers and business contacts may operate in different countries, submitted information may be processed outside your country of residence. We use established service providers and aim to handle personal information with appropriate security and confidentiality.

8. Retention

We keep submitted lead information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. In general, we aim to delete or anonymize inactive inquiry records within 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless we need to keep them longer for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or legitimate business record purposes.

9. Your Choices And Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also ask us to stop using your information for follow-up communications.

To make a privacy request, contact us at facundoch@crossbordergtm.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

10. Cookies And Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as how many pages are viewed and which pages are most visited. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not identify or follow individual people across sites or sessions.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking tools. If we add non-essential tracking later, we will update this notice and consider any consent requirements that apply.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted through this website. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we aim to limit access and use reputable infrastructure and form providers.

12. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

13. Changes To This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
